What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and management of Coupang's agricultural product lines, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all products comply with relevant quality and safety standards. Regularly monitoring sales performance and customer feedback will be crucial in refining product offerings and driving category growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that products are available to customers when they need them.

Your role will involve setting and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of product launches and overall category performance.
