Who you are

You have a solid background in SAP applications, particularly in SAP ECC, S4H, SAP CPQ, SAP C4C, and SAP Commerce — your experience allows you to effectively manage and support these systems in a fast-changing environment. You are proactive in identifying and resolving incidents, ensuring that users have a seamless experience with the applications. Your ability to communicate effectively with key users and business process owners is crucial, as you will be their primary point of contact for support and improvements.

You are familiar with continuous improvement methodologies and are eager to implement changes that enhance the interaction between SAP systems and other applications. Your analytical skills enable you to assess system performance and identify areas for optimization, contributing to the overall efficiency of Leaseweb's operations. You stay updated on new developments in the SAP landscape, particularly in relation to the Q2C flow, and are keen to leverage innovations that can benefit the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the SAP Application Management team, responsible for the daily maintenance and support of Leaseweb's internal SAP systems. You will handle incidents and issues reported by the business, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively. Your proactive approach will help maintain and optimize the performance of our systems, allowing for a smoother operation across various departments.

You will facilitate the international growth of Leaseweb by adding new entities to the SAP system, ensuring that the integration process is seamless and efficient. Testing updates, application improvements, and new versions of the SAP software will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to ensure that all changes are thoroughly vetted before implementation.

Collaboration with the Continuous Improvement team will be essential, as you will work together to identify opportunities for enhancing the interaction between SAP and other applications. You will also be involved in creating test scenarios and professionalizing the team, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization.
