In this role, you will play a key part in delivering mission-critical provisioning services for global BPO support agents. You will ensure seamless tool access and conduct thorough compliance audits to maintain operational integrity. You will lead process improvement initiatives that directly impact customer retention and cost management. Your responsibilities will include owning documentation and workflow processes to ensure consistency and scalability. You will collaborate with various teams to influence process design and resource allocation, ultimately enhancing the experience for Dashers, Consumers, and Merchants. You will report to the Strategic Planning & Execution Manager and be an integral part of the NOE organization.
