Overview

Amazon is seeking an Account Manager for its Seller Services team in Riyadh to drive new business acquisition and support small and medium-sized businesses. You'll focus on lead generation and building relationships with sellers to optimize their success on the platform.

You are a business development professional with a passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive. You have experience in account management and are skilled at building relationships with clients. You are data-driven and can provide insights to help sellers optimize their performance on Amazon. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with new sellers to guide them through the business launch process. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to the Amazon website through phone and email outreach. You will effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets. As a business partner for new sellers, you will provide them with data-driven insights and advice to help them succeed on the platform. You will educate sellers about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience, enabling them to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems. Your role will also involve incorporating feedback from sellers into new opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all third-party sellers.
