Gympass is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive growth for Wellhub subscribers in the US and Canada. You'll develop personalized communications and collaborate with sales and customer success teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in marketing operations.
You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with at least 3-5 years of experience in developing personalized communications and tailored offers for clients. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive marketing strategies effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with sales and customer success teams. Detail-oriented and organized, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact on user engagement and retention. You are passionate about workplace wellness and understand the importance of creating meaningful connections with users. You are also comfortable working with global teams to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with the wellness industry or workplace wellness initiatives will help you understand our mission better.
