Samsara is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to work closely with their largest Public Sector customers, advising on fleet customization and becoming a long-term partner. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within the public sector, where you've developed strong relationships with clients and helped them achieve their operational goals. Your ability to understand complex fleet challenges and provide tailored solutions is key to your success. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You are adept at navigating cross-functional dynamics and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can analyze customer needs to provide actionable insights. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will take the lead in managing relationships with our largest Public Sector customers.
