Iterable is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Data In Flight (DIF) team. You'll work on enhancing customer engagement through innovative solutions. This role requires significant experience in software engineering.

Your background includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Experience with AI-powered platforms or customer engagement solutions is a plus. As a Staff Software Engineer on the DIF team, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing Iterable's customer engagement platform. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and implement features that enhance user experiences. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the platform's reliability and performance.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to architectural decisions and influence the direction of the product. Your work will directly impact how brands engage with their customers, making it essential to understand user needs and business objectives.
