You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in technology and data center operations. You possess effective communication skills and can work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Your organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks are critical to your success in this role. You are willing to travel within and outside of the regional work area as needed. You have a basic understanding of hardware and network repair, and you are eager to learn and innovate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a data center or IT support role is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure will be beneficial as you grow in this position. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to new technologies will set you apart.
