You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, with experience in managing enterprise accounts. You excel at building relationships with stakeholders in both business and IT, understanding their objectives and pain points. Your consultative approach allows you to become a trusted advisor, helping clients address their needs effectively. You are comfortable overseeing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing deals, ensuring customer success throughout the process. You thrive in a mission-driven environment and are motivated by the impact your work has on the life sciences industry.
Experience in the life sciences sector is a plus, as is familiarity with quality solutions. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-person meetings as needed. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with various stakeholders and presenting solutions tailored to their specific needs.
As an Enterprise Account Partner for Veeva Quality Cloud, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities within assigned global accounts. You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Your role will involve working closely with clients to provide tailored solutions that address their quality needs. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to deal closure. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer success, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients post-sale. Your ability to travel approximately 40% of the time will allow you to meet clients in person, attend conferences, and participate in team meetings.
