Versapay is seeking a Customer Account Manager to drive customer success and unlock expansion opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and other teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the fintech sector. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams sets you apart, allowing you to navigate complex situations with ease. You are results-driven and thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and business growth. You understand the importance of collaboration and are eager to work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product Experts, and Solution Consultants to drive success for your clients. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving world of B2B payments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that they are satisfied with Versapay's solutions and services. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, helping clients unlock the full potential of our platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting regular check-ins with customers, addressing any concerns they may have, and providing them with insights on how to optimize their use of our services. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively, driving improvements in our offerings. As you build strong relationships with your clients, you will play a key role in helping them achieve their business goals, ultimately contributing to Versapay's growth and success.
