You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years old, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. You will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your coordination with fellow employees will be crucial to ensure timely deliveries and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Carvana's performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities for pay increases every 90 days.

You can expect to see pay increases at regular intervals, allowing you to progress from $17/hr to $18/hr within your first year.
