Who you are

You have 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 5 to 7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software. Your background includes a minimum of 3 years working with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, and SQL, as well as popular programming languages like C++, Java, and C#. You are skilled in designing scalable and highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises. Your ability to analyze complex architectures and provide guidance to customers is a key strength, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with sales executives to solve business problems.

Desirable

Experience with MongoDB is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. You are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of clients, from startups to large enterprises, and you understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with customer needs. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, making you a trusted advisor in the pre-sales process.
