What you'll do

As the Senior Data Science Manager for the Crypto team, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for developing models and strategies that shape Robinhood's crypto product roadmap. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and executive leadership to ensure that data is at the core of decision-making processes. Your role will involve mentoring data scientists, guiding them in their projects, and helping them grow their skills. You will oversee the development of algorithms that enhance user experience and drive product growth, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality insights in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for setting the strategic direction for data science initiatives within the crypto team, identifying key opportunities for leveraging data to improve product offerings. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas can flourish. You will regularly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data analyses into actionable business strategies.
