What you'll do

As the Director of Product Management for Bungie's Marathon, you will play a pivotal role in the game's development from production through launch and live service. You will define and be accountable for the product's performance, optimizing it based on engagement metrics and business goals. Collaborating closely with game design, you will devise retention and live operations strategies that are informed by industry insights and player feedback. Your responsibilities will include formulating product and commercial strategies in partnership with game and publishing leadership, ensuring that the game delivers exceptional experiences rooted in community feedback.
