You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology or advertising environment. You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, and you are comfortable working with data to inform your decisions. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both clients and internal teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional results for your clients. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform the advertising landscape, and you stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring their satisfaction with InMobi's advertising solutions. You will develop and execute account strategies that align with client goals, leveraging InMobi's technology to drive measurable results. Regularly, you will report on account health and performance metrics to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
