Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in account management or partner management, ideally within the tech industry. You possess a strong understanding of channel sales and partner recruitment strategies, having successfully onboarded and coached partners in previous roles. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams alike. You are data-driven and can analyze partner performance metrics to optimize strategies effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to drive growth. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of partner ecosystems, ensuring that all partners are aligned with the company's goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on optimizing the U.S. and Canada channel by identifying and recruiting new partners that fit Smartsheet's ideal partner profile. You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure that newly recruited partners are effectively onboarded and supported in launching their Smartsheet-focused practices. You will conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess their progress and provide coaching as needed. Additionally, you will explore new partner segments and opportunities for growth within the existing partner network. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing partner performance data to inform recruitment strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with broader company objectives.
