As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and participate in recognition programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 with on-target earnings in your first year between $105,000 and $115,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions.
