What you'll do

As the first Technical Program Manager in Rubrik’s Bangalore office, you will take ownership of the operational rigor for the Global Technical Writing team, collaborating with both US and India teams. You will refine the global backlog, ensuring that tasks are prioritized effectively and that team members have clear ownership of their responsibilities. Your role will involve driving efficiency within the India Design team, helping to scale their operations as the company grows. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance productivity. By creating and managing operational engines, you will enable the Design and Technical Writing teams to focus on their core competencies, ultimately delivering world-class user experiences at scale. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and ensuring that all deliverables meet the established quality standards. Your technical expertise will be crucial in guiding the teams through complex challenges and ensuring successful program outcomes.
