Director, International Benefits

Who you are

As the Director of International Benefits at Justworks, you will be responsible for building and owning the strategy, design, and execution of employee benefits programs across all international markets for our Employer of Record (EOR) business. You have a strong understanding of how benefits can serve as a key differentiator and growth engine for the company, and you are excited about the potential to create multi-million dollar revenue opportunities through effective benefits strategies. You will define and implement a multi-country benefits strategy that delivers competitive and compliant offerings around the world, ensuring that these benefits seamlessly integrate into our global operations and in-app experience.

You are a natural leader who can build, lead, and motivate a distributed team of regional benefits managers. Your experience in managing vendor and partner relationships end to end will be crucial in this role. You understand the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive environment for employees, and you are committed to ensuring that all benefits offerings reflect the diverse needs of our international workforce. You are data-driven and have a knack for iterating on existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Desirable

You have a background in HR or benefits management, with experience in international markets. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in various countries will be a significant advantage. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality benefits programs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in defining the overall benefits strategy for Justworks' international operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our benefits offerings align with our business goals and meet the needs of our clients and employees. You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify competitive benefits offerings and ensuring that our programs are compliant with local regulations.

You will manage relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring that we receive the best value for our benefits programs. Your ability to analyze data and metrics will help you assess the effectiveness of our benefits offerings and make informed decisions about potential improvements. You will also play a key role in communicating our benefits programs to employees, ensuring that they understand the value of what is being offered.

As a leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration and support within your team, encouraging professional development and growth. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team members, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed.
