Benchling is seeking an Enablement Program Coordinator to build the infrastructure and manage programs that support the sales team. This role requires experience in sales and enablement functions, focusing on training and resource management.
You have a background in sales, having worked as an SDR, AE, or in another GTM position — you understand the challenges of generating pipeline and can translate your experience into effective training programs. You are an operational expert who enjoys supporting front-line sellers by ensuring they have the right content, tools, and training to achieve sales excellence. Your hands-on approach allows you to build and maintain the necessary infrastructure for enablement programs, ensuring that the global team can ramp quickly and consistently meet their quotas.
You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage the administration and architecture of the Learning Management System (LMS) effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance the skills of the sales team. Your ability to communicate effectively ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and informed about the enablement initiatives.
Experience in a biotech or technology company is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the industry and its unique challenges. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies will help you hit the ground running in this role. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve the enablement processes and outcomes.
