What you'll do

As an Electromechanical Assembler for Starlink Aviation, you will be responsible for assembling, activating, and integrating mechanical and electrical systems for aviation platforms. You will install and repair Starlink products for enterprise aviation systems, ensuring compliance with FAA and other regulatory guidelines. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware issues in real-time, providing feedback to prevent recurring problems, and conducting various tests, including vibration, shock, thermal, RF, and load evaluations required for FAA certification. You will maintain product quality and ensure compliance with specifications, collaborating with development and design engineers, machine shops, and external partners on diverse assignments. Your hands-on involvement will be crucial in achieving SpaceX's mission to connect a diverse array of customers worldwide.
