Overview

Trustpilot is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and retention for UK-based clients. You'll develop long-term relationships and ensure clients derive maximum value from Trustpilot's products.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, and you have a proven track record of driving customer retention and engagement. You are adept at understanding business objectives and aligning them with product offerings to deliver value. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey best practices and drive ROI for clients effectively. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are committed to providing a premium experience.

Desirable

Experience in a high-growth company or a fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and tools will help you excel in this role. A background in technology or digital services will be beneficial as you work closely with clients to ensure they maximize their use of Trustpilot's platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish and maintain relationships with all customers to ensure their overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and key performance indicators, ensuring that Trustpilot delivers against them. Your role will involve developing success plans for customers, which will help strengthen their adoption of Trustpilot's services and ensure contract renewals. You will also be responsible for conveying best practice examples that drive ROI, ensuring that Trustpilot becomes a value-adding partner for targeted clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback, ensuring a seamless customer journey from onboarding through to ongoing support.
