GumGum is seeking a Group Sales Director to lead revenue and performance across the New England and NYC Metro independent agency business. This role requires strong leadership and sales management skills to drive growth and manage a $20M+ annual revenue target.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with extensive experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth. Your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with independent agencies sets you apart, and you understand the nuances of the digital advertising landscape. You are adept at pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution, ensuring that your team operates with discipline and focus. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable navigating change, new products, and evolving market priorities. Experience in digital advertising or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technology in advertising.
