What you'll do

As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer at Instawork, you will lead the technical direction for critical features, architect systems for scalability, and ensure that the products you develop are robust and efficient. You will be responsible for coding approximately 80% of the time, actively engaging in the development process while guiding your team through complex challenges. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and designers to define project scopes and deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of the product align with user needs and business goals.

You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring junior engineers, helping them navigate technical challenges and develop their skills.
