Coupang is seeking a Program Manager for their Merchant Strategy team to shape merchant-side strategy and drive business growth. You'll work closely with Analytics, Product, Operations, and Sales to develop analytical frameworks and insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in strategy development and analytics. You excel at turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with Analytics, Product, Operations, and Sales to support critical merchant-side initiatives. You are comfortable with data analysis and have a strategic mindset that allows you to define how success is measured within the organization. You thrive in environments where you can influence business priorities and contribute to high-impact initiatives.
In this role, you will support and drive merchant-side initiatives that are critical to Coupang's near- and mid-term business growth. You will help define the strategic roadmap for how merchant data, insights, and metrics are utilized across the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing analytical frameworks and measurement methodologies that guide the evaluation of merchant selection, coverage, pricing, and expansion. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a common understanding of merchant performance and to proactively generate insights as the business evolves.
