Bitso is seeking a VIP Account Advisor to manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals in the digital asset economy. This role requires experience in private banking or wealth management and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
You are a high-caliber VIP Account Advisor with 3-5+ years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management. You carry yourself with the polish and discretion expected by private banking clients, and you are comfortable discussing macroeconomics, portfolio allocation, and risk management. You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for leads to be handed to you; you proactively seek out opportunities, pick up the phone, ask for referrals, and close deals. Being bilingual is essential, as you can navigate complex financial discussions in Spanish with local nuance while coordinating with internal global teams in English. You have a forward-thinking mindset that aligns with the crypto industry, and you are eager to drive revolutionary changes in society through your work.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), serving as their primary bridge to the digital asset economy. You will build a white-glove service tier that demands discretion and financial acumen. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their investment goals. You will work closely with the General Manager of Retail to implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive growth within the Retail Business Unit. You will also be expected to stay informed about market trends and developments in the crypto space to provide clients with the best possible advice and service.
