Gravie is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive growth for their Level-Funded and ICHRA offerings in the Western US. You'll cultivate relationships with brokers and employer groups to achieve sales goals. This role requires strong sales leadership and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the healthcare or benefits sector, with at least 5 years of experience driving sales growth. You excel at building relationships and have a deep understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Your consultative approach allows you to effectively engage with brokers, consultants, and employer groups, ensuring that you can articulate the value of innovative health benefit solutions. You thrive in a high-performance environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. You are comfortable collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market needs.
As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales plans that target brokers, consultants, and mid-market employers. You will manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that you maintain a robust pipeline and achieve or exceed annual sales goals for both Level-Funded and ICHRA products.
