As a Software Engineer in the Systems Engineering team at Rubrik, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable infrastructure that supports stress, scale, and resilience testing. You will develop and deploy simulators to optimize cost efficiency and accelerate testing processes. Your role will involve driving release reliability certification for Rubrik's Cloud Data Management and Security Cloud-Private products, ensuring that they meet high standards of quality and reliability. You will collaborate closely with product component teams and release managers to integrate reliability into the development process from the outset. Maintaining and evolving long-running, customer-like environments will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to proactively identify potential issues before they affect end users. You will also enable product teams with self-service tools and infrastructure for their validation needs, empowering them to validate their work efficiently.
