Overview

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to manage relationships with major restaurant partners. You'll leverage data to enhance partner performance and operational efficiency. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders is essential, as you will be managing a portfolio of the largest restaurant partners. You are data-driven, using insights to guide partners in improving their operations and sales. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various functions such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to achieve shared goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present insights and performance reviews effectively to partners. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate challenges and shape the future of partnerships at Deliveroo.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the Deliveroo platform or similar services. A background in training or consulting will help you deliver impactful training sessions to restaurant partners, enhancing their operational best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the daily relationships with a portfolio of major restaurant partners, focusing on driving their sales and improving operational efficiency. You will analyze partner performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that help partners grow. Regular performance review meetings will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will present findings and recommendations to partners. You will also conduct weekly operational meetings, ensuring that partners are aligned with best practices and operational goals. Training sessions will be part of your role, where you will guide partners on how to leverage the Deliveroo platform effectively. Your insights will not only help partners improve their delivery channel but also contribute to increasing revenue and health metrics. You will collaborate with your Client Partner and other teams to identify opportunities for deeper engagement with key restaurant partners, ensuring that Deliveroo continues to innovate in its partnerships.
