What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Cresta, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our no-code platform that empowers contact centers to leverage AI for improved customer interactions. You will collaborate with the QM & Coaching Team to develop systems that analyze agent behaviors and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.

You will design and implement features that utilize large language models to transform conversations into structured data, enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions. Your work will involve both frontend and backend development, ensuring that the platform is user-friendly and efficient.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of the application, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles.

Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI and machine learning, to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the needs of our users and delivers a seamless experience.
