You have over 7 years of field experience in quota-carrying sales roles, demonstrating a strong ability to drive business growth within existing accounts. Your passion for sales is matched by your energy and initiative, allowing you to proactively identify and develop a robust sales pipeline. You possess a BA/BS degree and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs is complemented by your strategic thinking, enabling you to formulate effective sales strategies tailored to your assigned territory. You are committed to continuous learning and development, participating in training programs to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of the industry.
Experience in the software industry is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the products and services you are selling. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies will further enhance your effectiveness in this role. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a sales pipeline within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives. You will build strong and effective relationships with clients, resulting in growth opportunities and increased revenue for MongoDB.
You will participate in comprehensive sales enablement training, including a Sales Bootcamp and ongoing leadership development programs. Collaborating closely with the Professional Services team, you will ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise during the sales process. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of MongoDB's business, and you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful sales leaders in the software industry.
