In this role, you will partner with business leaders and fellow People Partners to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives. You will provide thought partnership on workforce planning, including team structure, skills evolution, and hiring prioritization. Your insights will help leaders make informed decisions about talent management and organizational design. You will lead initiatives that promote engagement and retention, ensuring that the culture remains inclusive and supportive. You will also act as a leadership coach, guiding technical leaders in their development and helping them navigate the complexities of managing high-performing teams. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that people strategies are effectively communicated and executed across the organization.
Chime offers a competitive salary range for this role, starting at $130,050 and going up to $180,600, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for bonuses and a competitive equity package, along with comprehensive benefits.
