What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to structure and drive custom silicon partnerships, ensuring that all collaborations align with Waymo's mission of creating the world's most trusted driver. You will audit and collaborate with partners to optimize their physical design flows and methodologies, enhancing the overall efficiency of the design process. Your responsibilities will also include working closely with internal teams to ensure that hardware and software are designed and optimized for maximum performance. You will play a critical role in the development of high-performance custom silicon, contributing to the architecture and creation of system-level compute architectures that meet the demands of fully autonomous vehicles.

You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, working alongside engineers, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and effectively.
