Sr. Manager, Business Applications (Finance)

Who you are

You have extensive experience in managing enterprise applications, particularly in finance, and possess a strong understanding of financial processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. As a people-focused leader, you excel in cross-functional project leadership and have exceptional facilitation abilities. You are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, including Revenue, GL Accounting, Tax & Treasury, Procurement, FP&A, and Operations, to deliver effective technical solutions that drive business success. Your leadership experience enables you to grow and shape the careers of your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll do

In this critical cross-functional leadership role, you will manage and support PagerDuty's broad portfolio of financial systems and applications. You will oversee system strategy and implementation while championing process improvements to enable the company's continued growth. You will lead a team of IT product managers and system administrators, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the business. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for technical enhancements and process optimizations, ultimately driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the financial systems are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
