You are a dedicated Respiratory Therapist with a passion for patient care, looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant community. With at least two years of hospital experience, you are well-versed in providing care for both adult and pediatric patients. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a strong desire to work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise includes attending C-sections and supporting critical care procedures such as arterial lines and bronchoscopies in the ICU. In this role, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients in a regional medical center. You will attend all C-sections and support critical care procedures, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care. You will collaborate closely with a team of around 40 RRTs, as well as the Respiratory Department Director, Clinical Coordinator, and Educator. Your responsibilities will include performing advanced procedures that may not be available at other facilities, contributing to a culture of excellence in patient care. You will also have the opportunity to engage in a self-scheduled model, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your needs. As part of a tenured leadership team, you will foster strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals, enhancing the collaborative culture within the department.
