You'll leverage your expertise in Google Ads and analytics to engage with customers in Japan. This role requires fluency in Japanese and English and a strong background in account management or sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Japanese and English allows you to effectively engage with external and internal stakeholders in Japan. You have a proven track record of developing and pitching solutions through various channels, whether over the telephone, via email, or in-person meetings. Your experience spans media across a variety of platforms, including TV, Radio, Print, and Sponsorship, showcasing your versatility in the marketing landscape.
You excel in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Your background in sales within technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environments equips you with the necessary skills to thrive in this role. You are familiar with Google Ads and YouTube account management, having successfully managed advertising or media campaigns in the past. Your problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments make you a valuable asset to any team.
In this role, you will own the full cycle business process, driving customer outreach, sales pitches, solution implementation, and performance evaluation. You will engage with customers to build trusted relationships, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions that help achieve their most ambitious goals. You will partner closely with the internal Account Manager team to pitch and accelerate business growth, ensuring that you deliver an outstanding customer sales experience.
You will be responsible for developing innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers.
