What you'll do

As an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center. You will perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal service level agreements. Your role will require you to ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work. You will also drive innovation and work on reducing operational costs in the facilities. Your hands-on experience will be crucial as you respond to equipment issues and ensure that the data center operates at 100% availability.
