Overview

Xometry is hiring an Account Executive II to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers. You'll be responsible for building relationships and guiding customers through the sales process. This role requires a passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in managing inbound leads and converting them into loyal customers. You excel at building relationships and embody the company values of trust, service, and honesty. You are strategic in identifying long-term clients and securing repeatable orders, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. You are proactive in developing business with existing and new inbound customers, creating and managing plans to achieve specific sales objectives and profitable growth. You have a collaborative spirit, working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. You will assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also provide guidance to the sales engineering team to develop accurate quotes based on specific customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing an existing book of business, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, and actively contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will be expected to track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
