In this role, you will develop and own the standard specifications for central mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring that all specifications meet project needs. You will gather information from the electrical engineering group to co-author electrical specifications, optimizing energy efficiency and sustainability for central mechanical systems. Your responsibilities will include reviewing available equipment from vendors, recommending optimal vendor selections, and leveling bids on a technical basis.
