The Manager of the Onboard Software Test team leads the design, build, and scaling of our automated test suites for our internal production fleet. Their team helps ensure the reliability, performance, and safety of the software that runs on our autonomous vehicle (AV) development platforms. The internal production fleet is critical to our data gathering efforts and model experimentation. The reliability of our software directly impacts the reliability of our fleet.
You’ll collaborate with technical leads across Vehicle Software, Inference, AV Stack, and Reliability Engineering to embed automated testing into our development workflow and help define and execute on a roadmap that enables Wayve to scale safely and swiftly.

This is a full-time role based in our office in Sunnyvale but is open for remote. At Wayve we want the best of all worlds so we operate a hybrid working policy that combines time together in our offices and workshops to fuel innovation, culture, relationships and learning, and time spent working from home.
