Overview

Farfetch is seeking a Customer Growth Manager to develop and execute promotional campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and maximizing lifetime value. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and quantitative analysis, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. With a strong analytical mindset, you excel at interpreting data to optimize promotional performance and maximize customer lifetime value. Your experience in cross-functional collaboration allows you to work effectively with teams across Commercial, Customer Analytics, Finance, and Product. You are a hands-on operator who combines creative thinking with quantitative rigor, ensuring that all campaigns align with financial objectives. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about the fashion industry, understanding the nuances of luxury fashion marketing.

Desirable

Experience in the luxury fashion sector or a similar high-end retail environment would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty programs is also desirable, as is a background in data-driven marketing approaches. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Director of CRM & Loyalty and be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing promotional campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and drive repeat purchases. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform future campaigns. You will also be tasked with maximizing the lifetime value of our existing customer base by implementing effective reward propositions. Collaboration is key, as you will need to engage with teams across Commercial, Customer Analytics, Finance, and Product to ensure the success of your initiatives.
