You have a proven track record in business operations, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment where you’ve successfully partnered with business development teams. Your ability to navigate complex cross-functional relationships is key — you understand the nuances of working with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive success. You thrive in roles that require strategic thinking and operational excellence, and you are passionate about using data to inform decisions and optimize processes. Experience in the fintech industry or with AI-powered platforms is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with data analytics tools to derive insights that inform business strategies.
As the BizOps Lead at Brex, you will serve as the primary operations partner to the Business Development organization. You will work closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure the success of strategic partnerships.
