As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new opportunities and developing relationships with clients to understand their needs. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary for success. You will also have the chance to earn recognition and incentives through your sales performance, including the opportunity to join the annual President’s Club Trip.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to reach $90,000-$110,000 in your first year and $132,000-$152,000 in your second year.
