Senior Product Designer (all genders)

                                   We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (all genders) to join our Berlin Office !

As a Senior Product Designer you will work across our product experience with cross functional and central teams on the next generation of language learning.

You will :

• Envision and craft new product experiences based on data and insights
• Build industry defining experiences for language learners
• Collaborate on product vision with other designers, as well as cross-functional teams
• Own the product design quality of the shipped experiences
• Contribute to the design foundations and the design system
• Elevate the craft and help raise the bar of product design at Babbel

You are : 

• A designer who has crafted and shipped high quality digital product experiences
• A rapid prototyper with a systematic approach, ideally having used AI tools
• A thorough maker with deep foundations in the craft of design
• Data informed, and interested in balancing business outcomes with user centricity
• A fantastic team player with a people-focused mentality
• A great communicator who can express their thoughts well in English

You have

• Worked 2+  years in a senior product design role in a consumer-focused, high-performing organization
• An excellent portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with engaging behavioral interactions and motion design
• Expertise using industry-leading design and prototyping software
• Good prioritization and time-management skills

Please note that our company’s operating language is English, so you will need to be able to work in English.
