Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in closing sales, particularly in field selling within mid-market and enterprise environments. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of $1M+, and you are comfortable operating with an average deal size of $100k or more. Your ability to prospect effectively and develop strong relationships with clients is key to your success. You possess a deep understanding of customer business needs and can navigate complex sales processes with ease. You are driven and resourceful, demonstrating an intuitive sense of the necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and value the relationships you build with your colleagues and clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies, running an efficient sales process to close new business. You will maintain, build, and own specific relationship maps for your territory, which includes both existing relationships and aspirational contacts. Developing a deep comprehension of your customers' businesses will be essential as you negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI. You will handle existing customer expectations while expanding your reach and depth into your assigned territory. Your ability to identify robust business drivers behind all opportunities will ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency. You will also demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solutions, ensuring that you can adapt and find ways to meet customer needs effectively.
