You have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in customer engagement and advocacy programs. You understand the importance of building lasting relationships with customers and have a knack for translating customer stories into impactful marketing initiatives. Your creativity and strategic marketing acumen allow you to develop programs that resonate with customers and drive retention. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with various internal teams to ensure customer voices are amplified across the brand. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing SaaS company.

What you'll do

As the Customer Marketing Manager at Invoca, you will be responsible for creating and executing programs that foster customer advocacy and engagement. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customers feel celebrated and supported. Your role will involve developing marketing initiatives that deepen customer loyalty and increase retention rates. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify strategic growth opportunities based on customer feedback and success stories. You will also be tasked with measuring the effectiveness of your programs and continuously optimizing them to enhance customer experience. Your creativity will play a crucial role in crafting compelling narratives that highlight customer successes and drive community-building efforts.
