As the Customer Marketing Manager at Invoca, you will be responsible for creating and executing programs that foster customer advocacy and engagement. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customers feel celebrated and supported. Your role will involve developing marketing initiatives that deepen customer loyalty and increase retention rates. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify strategic growth opportunities based on customer feedback and success stories. You will also be tasked with measuring the effectiveness of your programs and continuously optimizing them to enhance customer experience.
