Job Description

The Software Engineering (SWE) Operations & Planning team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team as a dynamic Space and Data Analytics Reporting PM. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering on key operational initiatives and policies from ideation through implementation, with a focus on maintaining our current real estate portfolio, proposing adjustments and supporting teams through transitions. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize their business and organizational acumen, strong collaboration and relationship building skills, and ability to execute to create impact.   Youʼll be tasked with being the primary point of contact to teams across Software Engineering for their space planning and space management needs including workplaces and labs as well as site-wide amenity space needs, creating the short, long-term occupancy, utilization strategies, supporting executive level reporting, analytics and strategic real estate portfolio decisions. You will work cross functionally with real estate, construction management, and facilities teams to deliver world class customer support to our teams. You will also be tasked with providing actionable data visualizations and insights to our internal customers through the creation of dashboards and reports to help drive decisions for space forecasting, allocation and planning.    The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and proactive problem solver who can think strategically and stay connected to our customers. We are looking for someone who possesses a high level of integrity, creativity, initiative, accountability, communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and excellence. You will be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced environment.

Description

Primary responsibilities include: - Create and execute integrated strategies for space and real estate needs that consider staffing trends and the objectives of the organization. - Partner with key business and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute plans for securing and allocating space to enable world-class work environments. - Support business units to track existing and future headcount needs and keep our space planning systems and data current - Identify, document, and drive policy and process improvement initiatives to create efficiencies and improve transparency. - Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making. - Develop efficient, automated ways to improve data quality and error detection processes and systems - Identify data anomalies, working to root cause and remediate issues in the data collection, storage, transforms, or reporting - Develop data visualizations that will help to quickly and thoroughly answer commonly asked questions about space and space allocation

Minimum Qualifications

Strong leadership and relationship building skills; the ability to inspire and drive results with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for blending qualitative and quantitative data into executive level presentations and messaging. Well-organized, self-directed, self-starter, and adaptable; able to balance multiple projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment. Ability to discern and manage business requirements and projects with competing priorities. Proficiency with Excel, Numbers, and Keynote, in addition to a suite of enterprise tools including Tableau and Tririga. Analytical skillset and ability work with large data sets and ability to understand business processes and derive key insights from data models Strong visualization skills and experience developing and working with Tableau dashboards 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources Working with stakeholders and assisting them with data-related technical issues
