Desirable

Experience in collaborating with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations is a plus, as is a background in designing wellness initiatives that resonate with employees. You are comfortable organizing workshops, webinars, and campaigns to encourage participation in wellness initiatives, demonstrating your ability to engage employees effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage the Benefits & Wellness team, ensuring that competitive benefits offerings are designed and managed to meet the diverse needs of employees. You will collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, including HRBPs and the Health Committee, to enhance employee health management and foster a conducive working environment. Your responsibilities will include developing communication strategies to promote understanding and engagement with benefits programs, as well as organizing workshops and campaigns to encourage participation in wellness initiatives. You will actively perform daily operational tasks alongside your team, ensuring that the benefits and wellness programs are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
