Facilitair Medewerker / Hospitality Medewerker (32-40 uur per week) 

Who you are

You have experience in a similar hospitality or facilities role, demonstrating a keen eye for hygiene, hospitality, and food quality. You are independent and proactive, ensuring that the work environment is clean and welcoming for all employees. You understand the importance of maintaining a well-organized and functional office space, and you take pride in your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the face of our headquarters in Amsterdam, responsible for creating a hospitable and well-maintained work environment for approximately 250 employees. Your day will start early as you prepare and present a diverse lunch for staff, ensuring that the lunch area is clean and orderly. You will manage inventory by keeping track of supplies and placing orders for lunch necessities and other facility-related items. Additionally, you will maintain coffee machines, ensuring they are clean and stocked. You will also handle minor maintenance tasks around the building, such as changing light bulbs, fixing clogs, hanging pictures, and keeping the parking area tidy. Your responsibilities will include performing ad hoc cleaning tasks as needed, particularly in pantries and entrances, and supporting events by assisting with catering and setup. You will also be responsible for opening the building, checking its overall condition, and ensuring that lights and equipment are operational.
