We are looking for an Senior Back End Developer, for a major leader in the CPG industry

Responsibilities:

- Driving technical decisions and facing complex business challenges with clients and cross-functional teams;

- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to architectural standards;

- Mentoring and coaching team members on best practices, code quality, and technical growth;

- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;

- Innovating and proposing strategic solutions with the team for the projects you will be working on;

- Working in high-performance agile teams within international contracts as a technical reference.

Requirements:

- Advanced English level

- Has solid knowledge in NodeJS;

- Has extensive experience designing and implementing Rest APIs, including API versioning and best practices;

- Has experience with Unit Testing and good coding practices, with the ability to mentor others on coding best practices;

- Has experience with the AWS Cloud Ecosystem and cloud architecture patterns;

- Has experience with continuous integration environments;

- Really enjoys coding, sharing, and innovating;

- Actively mentors junior and mid-level developers;

Nice to have

- You have an AI-first mindsite and resolve problems integrating the flow with GenAI agents;

- You have experience with the GCP Cloud Ecosystem;

- You have knowledge of the Adobe Cloud Services platform (AEM, AEP, Target);

- You have advanced English skills (for international client communication and technical presentations);

- You have knowledge of Scrum and Agile development;

- You have solid knowledge in Java;

- You have knowledge in Jenkins and Terraform.

- You have some experience with front-end development including some web framework like React or VueJS
